We purchased an advanced air purification HVAC system, and it is amazing! We’ve had it for over five years and it helps so much with allergies. John and Kyle are wonderful to work with we hired Judsons for all of our HVAC plumbing and electrical work and we have been very pleased over the last 10 years! They go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service, and they are always honest, profesional’, punctual, careful and efficient. Their prices are also very fair and we like that we can trust them because they know our house and our plumbing heating and electrical system very well.

Excellent service from every dept from the calls being answered, scheduling, service and billing. They are set up to receive payment online with credit cards with no additional credit card fee. While every other business says "we're busy, short staffed," etc. Judson's keeps delivering 5 star service at every turn. We've used them multiple times over many years. Service provided on this review was assisting us with a full bathroom remodel.

Gabe and Josh with Judson's have been working at our property the last month for a big water heater project, and they have been awesome. Having a vendor you can trust when you have occupied Apartments is huge. You've got two great guys working for ya and we loved having them. Professional, fast, and great communicators. We'd have them back on our property anytime!

Had a water heater installed today and a shower control valve replaced last week. The crew was great. My third time using them and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Judson’s Josh Imperatice is the best!!! Some years ago I had Judson’s repair my back flow device. The next year they said it needed to be replaced as the valve handles needed to test it had rotted off. I was a bit perturbed as I had just paid for a repair. Josh understood my frustration and found a way to test it using other tools. Every year since he has made sure to come out and be the tester. The valve works great but it needs someone like Josh to want to put the extra effort in to get it tested. Thank you!

When our old water heater started gushing all over the floor, I called these guys since they'd done good work for us in the past. Within 24 hours they installed a brand new water heater (a power vent gas type, not the easiest to find), and they also came back the same day to fix a faucet that coincidentally had clogged. The price was fair, they were responsive (both via email and phone) and on time, and professional and friendly. They re-used they original retention straps with no issues. I would definitely use them again!

Beware!! Awful awful awful. They cancel appointments at the last minute. Was longtime customer, now former customer. We booked an appointment way in advance ahead of delivery of new fridge. We needed plumbing work so we could get new refrigerator delivered as old one dying. Despite being booked weeks ahead, at the last second, they said "Oops. Can't show up!" and left us not ready for the replacement fridge we needed!! We recommend DoneRite in Salem, OR instead. They actually keep appointments and do great work. Don't get left in the lurch! Avoid Judson's and call Donerite. Josh Smith from Donerite was fantastic, super competent and neat and actually shows up as scheduled.
