Frank truly came in and saved the day. I called Top Notch for a second opinion after the first company pushed me toward a major (and financially devastating) service. Frank and Axel arrived within hours—after 8:00 PM the night before Thanksgiving, no less. They were professional, knowledgeable, and patient, walking me through every step and talking me off the ledge. Instead of rushing into something drastic, Frank explained the process, gave a confident preliminary assessment, and stood behind it. In the end, we wound up with the best-case outcome. Without exaggeration, Frank saved me thousands that night. I highly recommend Top Notch. Don’t make the mistake I did—make them your first call.

Very efficient and came soon after I called them! I called them on a Sunday, so of course, the price was alittle higher then average, (understanable). Carlos fixed a leak on my outside pipe under ground. He's the best! Highly recommend!! Prices are competitive... not super cheap, but not the most expensive either. Fair.

Our drain pipes were 62 year old cast iron. The drain pipe under our kitchen had totally disintegrated. I called another well known plumber to diagnose and give me an estimate for the repair. The list of repairs was extensive and the sticker shock immense. I then called Top Notch and spoke with Frank. He calmed me down and said he would take a look at our pipes and suggested that I get a few more quotes. I got a total of 6 quotes. I then circled back to Frank. He gave us the best quote with the most permanent solution. They ended up having to reroute our kitchen drain through our back yard, descale the drain pipes and put in a drain liner. Frank sent Carlos to do the job. Carlos was truly AMAZING! He and his crew worked very long hard hours. They were polite, friendly, clean and very helpful. We will never call anyone else if we ever have any plumbing challenges. We highly recommend them!

I called Top Notch Rooter & Plumbing, and they returned my call immediately. Carlos, the service technician, arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Thanks to Carlos with Top Notch Plumbing, we now have running water again! Highly recommend their excellent service.

The hot water stopped working and noticed water at the bottom of the pan. I quickly tried to call around and everyone wasn’t available on a Saturday afternoon. I came across Top Notch and they told me they’d have someone there in an hour! Right on time, Carlos came, diagnosed the problem, and provided me with a quote. Carlos was able to get the job done the same day. He replaced my water heater and pan that were both very badly corroded and leaking from the bottom. Carlos’ customer service is exceptional and seems very knowledgeable in his work. He took the time to explain the system and provided some tips to help extend the life of the water heater. I’ll definitely be using Top Notch again!

Called in as referral from friend, spoke w/Alex explained problem and he scheduled for next day early morning. Arrived on time, introduced himself and immediately went to assess n estimate possible costs. After details were clear, asked him to proceed w.repairs. Said he would advise of needed repairs and of any changes. I also Asked him to look at 2 other plumbing issues. After final quote if three plumbing issues, Alex proceeded to work. 1st repaired outside water shut-off n regulator n set water pressure. 2nd, replaced leaky hot water faucet in laundry, 3rd, repaired leaking toilet water shut-off valve. All work completed to my satisfaction and I believe Alex was honest n forthright in quote. The work was necessary and I felt at peace. Alex was very patient and listened to my concerns intently. I could have used other plumbers, but I opted to have Alex do the work. He was very pleasant n professional and worked quietly and efficiently as well as cleaned up all areas of work. I will recommend Top Notch Plumbing, specifically Alex, to my friends and family. AND yes, will call them again for any future plumbing issues. PS: we have a Frenchie that goes crazy barking n growling when unfamiliar people come to our house. Our Frenchie did not fuss w.Alex, let him come in the house n even followed him around n tried to play w.Alex. This says a lot about Alex's pleasant persona. Thank you Alex, the Dog Whisperer ☺️
