RDZ Plumbing and Drains

A+ first experience with RDZ Plumbing - had some weirdness with my hot water heater and they called me back and sent over a total professional (shoutout to Mariana!) on the same day and within an hour or so of calling their office. On top of that, this was on a Sunday when other companies were closed or otherwise not helpful. Response was fantastic, price was excellent, and the service and advice they gave was phenomenal. On top of that, they're a legit family-owned small business that clearly still cares about the people who share their neighborhood and building relationships with their clients. Very strong recommendation for RDZ and can say they've definitely gotten a lifelong customer from a stellar first visit.

needed a toilet installed. went to yelp to read reviews. Liked what I read about RDZ plumbing. Contacted them and got a fast response. They said they could come the next day. I agreed. The price quoted was reasonable and they proceeded to install the toilet. very good job, cleaned up afterwards. recommend them.

Had a pipe leak in my ceiling. They came the same morning to do the repair. Very quick and priced reasonably well. Will call them for future repairs

I called RDZ on a Sunday for a garbage disposal that died. The response was wonderful. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful & understanding. She treated me like I believe she would want to be treated. A plumber arrived at the promised time & installed a new disposal. The charge was very reasonable. I strongly recommend you use RDZ.

Just had RDZ come in to a 'challenging' situation with old pipes and broken parts. I had a strategy for how to 'fix it myself'. They carefully explained how they would 'do it right' and explained their process. The attention to detail was inspiring. I would ( will ) use and recommend RDZ. Thank you Sandra, Manuel, Jasper!

Manuel and Sandra are great people! Manuel clearly has lots of experience in the field and was very professional, Sandra was great at communicating and made everything on the backend super smooth. Fixed a main line clog for me day-of; plumber was at my house in 20 minutes and was great to work with. It was a ~30 minute job with a snake that ran $290+ after tax. Problematically, the same clogging issue arose two weeks later and they were completely unwilling to do anything about it, no re-snake, nothing. They have a policy where they will allow you to pay the difference if the job actually needs the more expensive hydroblast. They would not honor this for me because I didn't opt for it day-of. Highly recommend all out there looking for plumbing services to go with a company who offers some kind of guarantee, sometimes the issue can appear fixed for a period of time and come back.
