I couldn’t be happier with the incredible service we received! We used Home Depot’s service to install new kitchen countertops and a brand-new sink, and Matt and Wade from My Dad’s Plumbing were absolute pros. They arrived right on time, and Wade handled the sink installation with such care and expertise. He was not only super friendly and helpful but also incredibly considerate of our home throughout the process. His professionalism really stood out, and he even shared some fantastic tips that we truly appreciated. Everything works perfectly, and we’re beyond thrilled with the results. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a scheduled appointment for My Dad's plumbing to remove a leaking bathroom faucet and install a new one that we bought at Lowes. Our scheduled time was between 10AM and 12PM. My Dad's Plumbing informed us that they had a cancellation and could come between 8AM and 10AM. We agreed. The plumber was at my house at 8AM sharp. I gave them 5 stars because Shane the plumber was very professional and courteous. I give him props because he is over 6 ft. tall and he had to squeeze into my small bathroom cabinet. The fittings underneath were rusted, but he was able to remove the old faucet and install the new one. I will call My Dad's plumbing the next time I need plumbing service.

I had a couple of technicians come out to replace a faucet and they were looking for the general switch to turn off all the water for the whole rental property home. They looked briefly and couldn’t find it. They didn’t complete the job and asked me to reschedule the appointment. I stayed called the extension they gave me for Ms. Crawford for two days and it always went to voicemail. I sent out an email and a few voicemails and finally received a response. The next technician that came in Wade was great and experienced. He found where to turn off the water and started his work right away. He did replace the hot and cold valves also because they were frozen shut. Wade did an excellent job replacing the faucet and valves and did his job quickly.

I usually dont like leaving negative reviews but it was frustrating I purchased Lowes Installation so my elderly father wouldn't have to do the work of installing a new Toilet Lowes sends out MY DADS PLUMBING Co. They show up remove my 20 yr old toilet with out actually checking or doing any diagnostics on the piping they stand and look at it and tell my dad and I .. that the drain is clogged that the pipe needs to be cut from under the house replaced with new one flange because its broken and needs new flooring for support .. Cash offer for work 2600 or credit card 3600 Oh and turning off water charge of 150 was included in price what a joke never heard of a charge for turning off water! I told them my dad can do that.!! My dad insisted nothing wrong with pipes just old alot of debri again toilet been there for over 20 yrs and been flushing fine Soo we decided to decline their work My father installed new toilet no need for new flange no new pipe floor needed cleaning but was fine and not rotten like they mentioned I Requested a cancellation with Lowes and got money back on installation Watch out for these plumbers they want to pull the wool over my eyes but lucky my dad saved me a ton of money on work not needed Also once they removed my toilet they refused to put it back on and my poor disabled mother had to use back room toilet she has issues with mobility. Please stay honest …! elderly people dont need to be taken advantage nor a woman with no plumbing experience luckily my father had installed that toilet years ago and saved me from spending hard earned savings ..also somehow the installation was closed by the plumbers and finished as if the job was done I had called Lowes same day to cancel the job but it was not documented so the refund process was also difficult and frustrating .! I was referred to My Dad’s Plumbing by The Home Depot to disconnect and move my oven to allow new flooring to be installed. A few days later, My Dad’s Plumbing returned to reinstall and reconnect the appliance. After they left, I could smell a gas odor. I reached out to express concern and they sent a representative who assessed the situation and who determined that the "smell was normal." However, the gas odor persisted. To ensure my family and pet’s safety, I hired an independent plumber for a second opinion. The new plumber discovered that the valve installed by My Dad’s Plumbing was not properly fitted, resulting in gas leaking into my home. When I asked My Dad’s Plumbing to cover the $180 charge to have the appliance reconnected correctly, they gave me some lame excuse that my service was "out of the warranty period." In other words, kiss off! Nice! With all the great plumbers out there, IMO there is no need to waste your time with a company that isn't interested in doing what's right!

I purchased toilets and paid for installation through Lowe's who contracts with Angi's and this is the company they scheduled us with. The contractor was a no-show and their customer service is an automated response system- very frustrating and unhelpful. I emailed and got a response that they had us scheduled for the day after (I'm not buying it). After reading some of these reviews regarding toilet installation, I am SO happy they didn't show up as scheduled. I probably saved myself a lot of time, money, and stress. Do better!
