R & L Plumbing/HVAC

David was great! Very knowledgeable and experienced and fixed the issue with suggestions of what to do in the future if the clog remains or comes back. Would highly recommend him and request his service in the future.

R&L was fantastic -- clear communication, arrived early, thorough, thoughtful, and professional. I have already highly recommended them to our HOA as a preferred vendor. Same day estimate, next day replacement. Super experience from start to finish. They also replaced our neighbor’s water heater catch / pan while replacing our water heater. Richard & Jose were wonderful.

This was a bit difficult. The plumber who came was very nice and I appreciated that. However, he said that I would have to replace the entire plumbing in my shower…turns out he misunderstood what parts were involved. It would’ve cost thousands of dollars to do what he said was needed — cutting tile and replacing lots of plumbing and then replacing the tile— And when I spoke to a different plumber, that plumber knew what was going on and it only cost an hour of labor and $15 worth of parts, just washers and little rubber seals, to fix the drip. So I was a little concerned because of course I lost several days of water loss with this plumber and if I didn’t get a second opinion I might have totally unnecessarily spent thousands of dollars. I’m sorry to mention this, but it really was a problem.

Richard and Jose did an amazing job installing my home water filtration system. They were quick and clear with everything and used less parts than initially required so I can return them and save some $. Richard even helped identify that my dryer is not ventilated to the outside of the house (we just moved in), and the old sink next to it is leaking, so he’s clearly looking out for his customers in every way.

Ruben was very personable and professional. He did the work seamlessly and without any issues, we appreciated his hard work ethic. thanks Ruben!

When our basement sump pump failed spectacularly (don't ask!) R & L quickly sent a very competent plumber to replace it. Everything about the experience (apart from the disgusting effluvia) was friendly, easy, and efficient. They wisely suggested adding an audible alarm to the system to alert us in advance of any future failure. Highest recommendation.

I had an excellent experience working with Ismael! I live in the Candlestick Point complexes, and I needed my shower faucets changed. This job required turning off the water for my building, which isn’t easy to locate. Ismael went above and beyond to find the water shut-off and even took the time to teach me how to do it myself in the future. He arrived promptly on time and completed the job within the designated timeframe, all while maintaining great professionalism and attention to detail. Additionally, Sabrina was incredibly helpful with scheduling everything, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing expertise!
