Big League Plumbing & Rooter Inc

I just wanted to share how professional, kind, efficient, and honest Luis was at my house and would like to let the management, and the world know that he is a great asset to the team. Thank you so much for coning out and fixing my problem today. The other company that came out quoted me a price that was 6-7 more and spent two days on the same pipe which resulted in a backed up pipe. (My drain pipe was slow but it wasn’t blocked, but after two days of their service the drain pipe was completely blocked and started to backwater in my sink) Luis came out and fixed it in less than an hour and explained the issue professionally in layman’s terms. You have a new loyal customer. I hope I don’t have to call you soon, but when I need to l, I will know I am in good hands. Attaching a live photo to show what it looked like before the fix. Thank you!

UPDATE: I am very impressed. Big Leage Plumbing offered to install a new faucet FREE of charge and promptly did so after I purchased a replacement one. THANK YOU !!!!! I’d give you more than 5 stars if I could. You made me a very happy customer. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning the pipes. So far, I was very happy, but….. they selected and installed a simple, cheap looking and barely functional faucet. Every time I look at or operate it, I’m annoyed and disappointed. How much would it cost to have a new Faucet,, selected by me, installed?

I recently hired Big League Plumbing to relocate two water heaters to my garage and install new piping at our rental property, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results. Having worked with several plumbing companies over the past fifteen years, I was specifically looking for a reputable local provider—and Big-League Plumbing stood out in every way. From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and courtesy—qualities that are increasingly rare. Hector, the owner, sets a remarkable standard for excellence that is reflected in every member of his team. From our very first interaction, it was clear that Hector is deeply knowledgeable, honest, and committed to providing not just a service, but a truly outstanding customer experience. He took the time to understand the scope of the project, offered clear and thoughtful recommendations, and made sure that every detail was executed to the highest standard. Hector’s integrity, calm demeanor, and hands-on leadership create a culture of accountability and pride that is evident in every aspect of the company’s work. Kevin, who led the on-site installation, was very impressive. His technical skill, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were apparent in every part of the project. Kevin consistently went above and beyond to ensure the work was not just done right but done with precision and pride. He explained each step, offered expert solutions, and kept the worksite neat and well-organized. Kevin is courteous, dependable, and an absolute pleasure to work with—his craftsmanship and professionalism are second to none. Luis, working alongside Kevin, was also incredibly skilled and efficient. Together, they made an outstanding team and handled a large, complex job with confidence and precision. On the administrative side, Julia and Tiffany were fantastic. They coordinated every detail of the project with warmth, clarity, and efficiency, making communication seamless and keeping the entire process running smoothly. The quality of workmanship throughout the project was exceptional. This team operates with integrity, precision, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend Big League Plumbing highly enough. If you're looking for a trustworthy, highly capable plumbing company that delivers top-tier results, this is the team you want. I’m incredibly happy to have found them and will be using their services for our residential and rental property moving forward. Katie

Big League Plumbing did a very big job at our home recently with our main gas line and despite the terrible inconvenience of not having gas, the experience was actually quite pleasant because of everyone working the job. Every single person I've spoken with was pleasant, ready to work and get the job done as quickly as possible and very communicative. Today we had a new (unrelated) issue and they came over immediately, gave us a temporary fix and offered a permanent resolution to the problem. I have never been this satisfied with a plumbing company...ever. Highly recommend.

My tub was not draining and our go to guy did not reply so decided to look up plumbing with great review and found Big League Plumbing. Lady on the phone was super kind helped me right away. Had somebody come in same day. Was worried about the price but it was super affordable. Best part is that the problem got fixed ASAP! Because the service was great and affordable we asked him about the Landry plumbing and that was also quickly fixed! Thank you Big League Plumbing!

I wish I could give you a good rating but I can’t. We had a complete re plumbing done in the fall of 2024. In January, there was a leak under the sink from the disposal. This should have been covered under the warranty but instead I was charged a service fee to have someone come out to fix it. Then the same thing happened again in August. I was charged another service fee for the problem that supposedly was fixed in January. The only reason you "made this right" is because my son had to call on my behalf and argue with Hector that I should not have to pay 2 service fees for work that was not done right. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be using this company in the future nor will I be recommending it to anyone. I understand that you are running a business but I feel ripped off that after paying a lot of money for all new plumbing, that you wouldn’t even fix this one issue that was not my fault

We had a bathroom faucet that needed to be replaced. Our neighbor recommended Big League and I’m so glad they did! Will and Kenny were right on time and took the time to troubleshoot the problem, even trying to fix the faucet first! I appreciate their friendly professionalism and their honest effort to do only the work needed. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have. I know we will call them again when needed. Go Dodgers!
