Can’t say enough great things about Arsen. My bath tub faucets needed replacing (couldn’t turn them off without removing the handles and using a wrench), he reached out within 24hrs, went above and beyond to source suitable replacements (as the originals weren’t available anymore), help me select the best options, and then install them. It turned out to be a much bigger job than just replacing the handles alone but he was super diligent and a great communicator. So easy to work with. Left everything spotless, great attention to detail and clearly takes pride in doing an excellent job. I highly recommend him.
