Joshua Perez was absolutely awesome. I had a rigged hose that busted tied to my main line and the same day Josh called and came out that same night and took care of everything for me. Gave me step by step on everything he was doing, so he was very communicative, gave me options and I felt very comfortable with my decision and the work he did. I would go through this company again. I am happy to write this recommendation for a great business, West Coast Water Heaters, owner Josh Perez. My repair was for a tankless water heater that was no longer turning on, making it difficult to see what the exact problem was. I found Josh online and looked at his reviews, which were all 5 stars. He offered to come the same day but said it would be around 8:00pm before he would arrive at my home. I advised him that I could wait until the next day so that he would have time to call the tankless heater company. He came the next day as scheduled and immediately gave me a feeling that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He found the problem, called and spoke with my tankless water heater company and said he would wait in his truck at my home until they called back with a response of what they would cover. It was about 30 minutes that he waited outside my house, and I knew then that his goal was to help get a solution the same day. Based on his knowledge of previously working with my tankless water heater company, his extensive plumbing knowledge, and his ability to explain my issues to the tankless water heater company, I was approved to have Josh rebuild my tankless water heater with parts that were provided free of charge. I highly recommend Josh at West Coast Water Heater for any water heater repair, especially tankless water heaters. Oh my goodness!! I could not be happier with Joshua and the expert, top tier service we received. Within 24 hours of connecting with Joshua he troubleshooted the issue, offered options to address it and we chose a new tankless system which he installed in just a few hours.
