We’re a general contractor working out of Marin County and we hired Jaymes Potts/North End Plumbing to Repair and replace a sewer lateral on one of our projects in Tiburon. The scope of work changed several times and he was very accommodating, he was honest, with fair costs. He showed up when he said he’d show up, does very clean work, and passes inspections. We are very happy with his work. In fact, we intend to make North End Plumbing our #1 plumbing sub on all future projects!

I can't rave enough about Jaymes and his company! They removed a propane heater and replaced it with a whole house Heat Pump, redid all the ductwork, and added 2 vents to the house. To a person, every member of their team was friendly, conscientious, neat, and competent. We are so happy. No trash or debris left behind. The work done was over the top professional. All the equipment is placed so it is easily visible, strapped, and clearly done with expertise. They were recommended to me and I am happy to do the same.

Jayme and Nick are fabulous. From the outset, they outperformed my expectations.
