This is the second time in a month we have had to call Wooten for a repair in our home and both times we have had Cadence as the technician. He fixed a leak under our kitchen sink and flushed and corrected an issue with our tankless water heater. He was very nice and professional and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with all the work done but I hope I don’t have to call back for a while. I highly recommend Wooten and Cadence.

We have had four different plumbers out to our house for various reasons - Dayton, Cade, Ivan, and Caydence - and they have all been top notch, both individually and working as a team on a bigger issue. Katie in the office has been great with communication. They fix the issue, explain it well, use quality materials, and make sure you are set up for success before leaving.

Cabe , my service tech, was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He assured me that he would follow up with a no charge service call even after completing the major repairs to my toilet. A part had to be ordered from Maryland to prevent future problems. Very satisfied with Wooten plumbing.
