These folks are awesome! Customer service is great, they understand exactly what services are needed, and direct you to the right path. We have only had dealings with the plumbing side of Canady's. Their plumbers (Noah and Justin) are more than professional, respectful and are very willing to go the extra mile for great service. We have used them a couple of times now, and highly recommend them to everyone.

Ghazan is a sweet man and it was a pleasure to just meet him. Yes he came to service our new heat pump. But his presence was worth the price. He then went about his work with purpose and professionalism and thurily cleaned the inside and outside unit Not one leaf in the outside unit...I appreciate that. One other thing that was specifically appreciated by my wife and me is allowed my dog to watch and not be bothered by her. He made her feel welcome and they both seemed to enjoy the meeting..the job he did was perfect.give that man a bonus he's a definite asset to canadys heating cooling.He is certainly welcome back if the need arises.He deserves recognition for the professional he is. The folks at Canady's were a pleasure to do business with and installed my new Trane HVAC package unit. Kyle assessed my old broken Lennox unit for safety and recommended replacement. Brandon Wright., the Sales technician came out and explained my options with different units as well as financial & payment options and zero percent financing. Two days later the installation team came out, and Brandon Anderson., Andrew and Christopher removed my old unit, installed a nice new Trane unit as well as a new thermostat, and explained the workings of the new equipment. This new Trane package unit is so quiet. I was so impressed with everyone at Canady's, including Brittney, who helped me set up my zero-percent financing. The staff at Canady's are such happy professionals, who know their stuff and enjoy their work, with no sales pressure.

We had two Train HVAC’s installed by two fantastic Canady Trams. Zachary Brunner and Aaron Conley installed the 3 Ton Train unit and Lead Brandon Prosser and Matt Raney installed the 2 Ton Train for the upstairs. Both teams arrived promptly at 0800 and provided amazing service. Both site leads Zachery and Brandon walked us through both the attic over the garage and the attic upstairs and reviewed all details and answered all questions. Canady’s Heating, Air and Plumbing service was exceptional! I reached out to them and got an assessment and quote the same day. The next day, they came to install our new unit. Brandon and his team stayed the course and got it done. They knew their job and they were courteous and very professional. They even vacuumed once done. Good job guys! You did your thing!!
