Our Rheem water heater stopped working unexpectedly, and we contacted Wesnor Plumbing and Heating for the repair. The entire experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend their services. The efficiency started with the scheduling process, which was remarkably convenient and could be handled entirely online without a single phone call--a major plus for me. They provided clear and timely updates throughout. The technicians, Mickey and Bogdan, were excellent. They arrived on schedule and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. Their work was systematic and efficient; they quickly diagnosed the root cause and resolved the issue. It was clear they are very knowledgeable and experienced with this type of equipment. What particularly impressed me was their integrity in billing. The repair took slightly more than one hour. Instead of rounding up to a full two hours as is common practice, they charged only for the actual time worked. This act of fairness, while not a large monetary amount, is a strong indicator of the company's professional ethics and customer-focused approach. I called Kohler to diagnose my bidet seat not heating. Tech was able to diagnose possible problem. He ordered a toilet seat and recommended WESNOR PLUMBING, TOP NOTCH COMPANY IN SEATTLE, closest knowlegeable plumber. Kohler immediately sent a new toilet seat within a couple of days. Immediately WESNOR CALLED ME AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. CHRIS WAS THE TECH. Very patient, methodic, very careful and researched every step of the way. As this was a very complex fix. Chris step by step was able to diagnose problem, wire new toilet seat. He said the inards and wire harness reminded him of a BMW. CHRIS has an excellent technical background. Mickey and his crew did an amazing job replacing a malfunctioning on demand water heater for us. We were only without hot water for 24 hours before Mickey had a solution, the materials, and crew out to replace and get us up and running. Very quick to respond, fair pricing, worked clean, very communicative and follow up after to make sure all was working well, was the icing on the cake. We will use them for all our future servicing and plumbing/heating needs. Would highly recommend.

Awesome business these guys are running. Very personable and transparent with their services, AND great communication. Had our garbage disposal poop out on us the other day and these guys promptly figured out a solution and were very thorough with the fix. Highly recommended for anyone out there that wants a quick quality service.
