I spoke to Tom about some work I was considering having done at my home. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable, honest and upfront he was when he provided options and went over the pros and cons. Eric Blair from Midwestern mechanical came to our house to replace all the shutoff valves in my house. He ie was fast, clean and very professional.

We contacted Midwestern Mechanical, because the shower had a stream of water that wouldn't shut off. They were able to get a tech out right away and he replaced the shower head the same day, which fixed the issue. The tech cleaned up after himself and wore booties on our carpet. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!

Got to help and got to understand what was wrong and being done to fix it. Works great and I even understand the system. Customer service was so personable! Recommend their service to anyone.
