Cameron did such an amazing job. He came in and quickly assessed the damages and got everything done so fast. He also had me test it out after to make sure it was all in good order. He even said hello to my cat Negan who was watching him work. Great guy, and great service!

Shawn and Jeremy were awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to find 2 water leaks between my meter and house. 1-Tom-Plumber came out under a home warranty but they will now be my go to plumber for anything in the future. They are also very fair and honest. I highly recommend. I see why they have almost 700 5 Star reviews without anything less than a 5.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Cameron B arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done in simple terms, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward, you’d never even know he’d been working here!

I called 1 Tom plumbing in Smyrna TN and they sent Darian to fix a toilet that wouldn’t stop running, and I’m so glad I did. He showed up right on time, quickly found the problem, and explained what needed to be done before starting the repair. The whole job was done efficiently, and my toilet works perfectly now—no more noise or wasted water! The price was fair, and he was very polite, professional, and respectful of my home. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing work he’s better than Camron by far!!!!!!!!

Called several different plumbers but 1 Tom Plumber was the only one that was able to quickly get a technician out to our house on a Saturday morning (and at a reasonable price). Cameron was the technician and he did an incredible job fixing the issue, which required a bit of improv given that he was dealing with our water filter system which has unique parts. Appreciate the hard work!

1 Tom Plumber was able to come out on the same day we called! I was so thankful, they were able to help me out. Our shower faucet broke; and we have three smelly teenagers. Cameron was able to help us in less than an hour. He even went above and beyond to explain another situation with our sink, helped with a temporary fix, and is sending a quote to repair the sink. Cameron was outstanding! It's reassuring to have dependable, well mannered men in this field.
