This place was ok. I delivered cardboard boxes on large pallets that shouldn't have taken more than 30 minutes to unload but it took a little longer due to the shipper not securing the cardboard to the pallet correctly. There are no public restrooms. And the receiving department is a little unorganized.. the area around the back of the building was a little trashy.. but other than that fairly simple.

Loading process was 1 hour and 45 minutes long, great employee in the dock area, the lady behind the window has a terrible personality and isn't very welcoming and take just as long to produce paperwork as it does to load. Make sure you read the documents because they say three straps, but only put one on. I would like to give them a second chance maybe it was a bad day
Very helpful staff and quick loading
Great place to deliver to. They got me right in a dock. Started unloading quick. A little tight backing in from off the street but it's manageable.
This place is alot of fun and so many animal are available to see and many to touch as well. My favorite is the parakeet aviary. Oh be sure to get tokens they really enhance the experience.
