Randall L., Comfort Advisor, came out and gave me a quote for a new system. He was friendly and informative. I let him know what I was wanting and gave me quotes accordingly. Mitch Wright installed my heat pump/condenser almost 10 years ago and has serviced that and my air handler since then. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had a power surge on a newly installed system that required several visits to diagnose and acquire parts to repair. The system was still under warranty so there was no cost. Cameron was diligent in making sure that the repairs were complete and done right. He was professional yet very personable. We will be requesting him for all future calls.
