Root-o-Matic brought my home into the modern age! They were so awesome to work with. I needed a mix of seller repairs and buyer upgrades and they were so flexible and communicative making it easy for both parties to work with. They repiped the kitchen, a bathroom, main water line, added a fridge line, added an expansion tank to the water tank- so much!! They reworked their schedule to get everything done before closing, were kind, and just did awesome work. Highly recommend!!

JJ arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He was able to identify and fix our plumbing leak and did a good job. Happy with the whole team at Root-o-matic- I spoke with a project manager and scheduling as well. Everyone was easy to work with.

I would highly recommend this company. We had an issue with a degrading old sewer line. Their team was excellent at identifying the problem and explaining the repair process. The service they provided was exceptional. We will be calling them again for any of our future plumbing needs!

Purpose was to evaluate plumbing. Prompt and on time service. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Jonny came out to take a look at a sewer pipe that was having intermittent backup issues. Jonny was recommended to me by a real estate friend who had used them several times for various inspections and repairs for home sales. I previously had another highly reviewed drain company come out and tell me that my pipe had various belly's causing the backup and that having them do a hydro jet would help but potentially I needed to replace the pipe. The other company did not have the license to perform the work (thank goodness) and that's why I reached out to root-o-matic, and also had two other companies coming for quotes on potentially replacing the pipes. Jonny came out with a noticably higher end camera setup than the previous company and was able to determine in minutes that the issue was in fact just a root intrusion. He also confirmed the slope/pitch of the sewer was fine and didn't have any belly's that were causing issues. I recieved a super high quality video from Jonny that was fully commentated with the root issue and condition of the line. The video I recieved from the previous company was literally a cell phone video taken of the lower quality video screen they were using on thier equipment. We scheduled an appointment for his team (Darrin and JJ) to came out with their rooter and extracted the root resolving the problem. Jonny did give me estimates if I wanted to do partial or full pipe replacement but suggested that there was no reason to and to just maintain the root issue in the pipe until another major issue occurs (which could be decades from now). Full replacement would have been north of 5 figures from any plumber in town. Jonny easily could have went with the other companies findings and I would be massively in debt. I can't recommend them enough for this type of inspection and service. I imagine all their work is performed with this kind of integrity.
