As always, top notch service starting with when Thomas headed for our house. YOU are the only company I know that the customer can see in real time by GPS location of the tech and get a text when he is on property. That is awesome. Thomas was more than professional. He was personable and went about his visit with a confidence that aired about him that said he knew his business. He was very helpful. We have an issue when the humidity is high and he gave me things to look for and when we should reach out when it happens in the future. Quality employees in any business are key. I had Reeds come out to my work and they pumped the septic with two wonderful guys, Will and Robbie. Will told us what was going on with our septic and let us know when it was done. The people at Reeds are really good and communicate very well with you. I highly recommend just giving them a call if you need any plumbing or septic done.

We had our well hydrate pipe break under ground and was flooding our back yard, the other well companies couldn't/wouldn't even fix it or seem to care. Reed's was incredible responsive and fixed it the next day, manager was great at communicating and they fixed a tough problem for us that no one else seemed to want to touch. we had a leak under the bathroom sink and needed a new spigot installed outside. Sam showed up right on time, and what a nice guy. he did everything quickly, the price seemed pretty darn reasonable and so far it’s running perfectly leak free. thanks Sam!

Great service! A company that says what they are going to do, and actually shows up to do the job. We had a septic issue that developed after only a year and few months of being in our new home. Our general contractor clearly wasn’t concerned with hiring qualified people and literally buried the issues. After reaching out to several plumbers, Reed’s Plumbing came through. Sam was great, very friendly, and walked me through what he was going to do. Highly recommend!
