I am forever appreciative foe them! Service was great! Rhonda was wonderful and the guys were patient and educational. They helped replace an oLLLLLLLD water heater for lesser than competitors, fixed water pressure and helped work thru the entire process. Thank you.

Would definitely hire them again. From the beginning with someone coming to my home to check out the situation and give an estimate to getting the job finished everyone was very professional and always kept me informed as to the progress. Didn’t take as long as I thought and they cleaned up what needed to be done. Had a couple other companies out to give an estimate. Not impressed and thank goodness the company I was impressed with had the lowest estimate. Need work done, choose Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing.

This company was very quick to respond to our call. I called their after hours number, my phone call was returned the next morning and a technician was at my home by 1 pm! They are very reasonably priced! I appreciate that this is a family owned and operated business- it shows. I spoke to one of the owners (Shane) the very first time I called and he was extremely professional, nice, and knowledgeable. I had a sewage line issue and while this is a crazy and messy thing to have done, they got it done quickly and effectively!

I’ve been choosing Rick Ray & Son as my go to Sewer company for over 10 years. They simply are the best. If you’re ever fortunate enough to get Robert Cohn to respond to your service call consider it a blessing. The guy is a beast!

I called on Thursday afternoon and got an appointment Friday! Next day appointments are amazing! Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, on time and efficiency was definitely showing that this company knows what to do without any problems! I will be using them again the next time I have an issue! In the past year, I had Rick Ray & Sons here for an emergency job with frozen water pipes. They were excellent. They were here yesterday regarding a stove gas leak. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. They arrived on time, very neat and kept me informed on what was done. I highly recommend this company!

My dishwasher was leaking. They were really quick and did a great job, suggested adding a t split to make it easier going forward, and the price was perfectly reasonable. Will use them again.
