We were having an issue with our water heater. I call BY and they had John out within an hour. The only issue was the heater was at lowest setting. Could have happened when Minnegasco came out to check our gas service. He turned it up, and only charged a $78.00 drive time fee instead of full service charge. Highly Recommend. John was an hour early, politely waiting till I rushed home. He answered my questions clearly and concisely explained what was wrong with my furnace.And what had to be done next with his work order. He also. Made it clear that I hadn't done anything to cause the inducer to barely work. When he left, I felt he would do everything possible to get the work order submitted to the charity who gave me the furnace and that is much as could be done as possible on my behalf.

John and Mark from Blue Yeti were outstanding! From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, thorough, and clearly cared about getting the job done right. It’s rare to find such professionalism and genuine customer care these days — highly recommend them for any HVAC work!

Gabriela who answered the phone when I called was very polite and professional. She was able to get a tech, Mark to come in the same day and I received updates of their arrival time. Our AC could not be fixed the same day due to the part having to be ordered but when another tech, Jesse came on the scheduled day, he was able to repair it and got our AC working again after 2 long hot weeks. Both were very friendly and professional. I am glad I found Blue Yeti after calling many other places. I highly recommend their services.

Thank you Jesse for your great job that you did am so grateful,am very happy I can not express the joy I felt today ,oh my god ,I have another reason to live ,I have a second chance in life I was thinking after my surgery life became hard and rough when the heater break down I nearly gave up but with this great job today I feel a new life .

RECOMMEND! Had another company come to my house first that made me spend $$$ and they did not even fix the problem. Mark & John came and fixed it right away. And super happy because they were not pushy sales people at all!

Blue Yeti plumbers, Caleb and Jacob, have become very familiar with my kitchen after changing out the faucet four times. The first two times the faucet aerator exploded off the end of the faucet and would not screw back on. The third faucet was a higher end brand but the spigot for turning the water on and off was on backwards! Today, Caleb replaced the backwards faucet with one I hope will last for at least 20 years. They always entered with a smile and did very professional work--the problems were not their fault but they worked hard to try to resolve every problem.
