Anthony was a blessing! I had an emergency water line issue and Anthony was the Man to answer the call. His prices are fair and hhis workethic is to be respected. In my situation he has showed up on time and stayed into the later hours of the night just to get things right, even running to the store because he didnt have what he needed on hand, no fault of his, during the repair more things popped up broken. If you expect faor prices, knowledgeable care, and lersonable care these are your guys. They deserve all local business. Thank you BC for treating me like I matter the most in the moment and after.

I called this company to resolve issues. Anthony portrays to be helpful until it’s money involved. They created more issues by sending an incompetent, careless worker to finish what they described as a easy task. Set a couple toilets, faucets and water heater. I was left with a leaking toilet, damaged property, leak underneathe my vanity and a blocked 4" drain pipe due to his employee breaking the closet collar knockout Never mentioning it to me or trying to recover it. I found this out after Anthony directed me to contact another plumbing company to fix his mess up. I contacted Anthony to try to resolve the bills I’ve been left with. He states he’s not paying for nothing and to take him to court If I want anything.

Anthony was great—got an appointment same week and he replaced a shower cartridge that was causing low pressure. Got the job done and great communication. Would recommend to other home owners

On August 5, I had a garage water faucet replaced and repaired which required cutting and replacing pipe, faucet and providing a shut off valve. The work was done, I thought, to my satisfaction until August 11, my first use since the work was done. I plugged my hose up and water started leaking from the faucet in my garage. I contacted Anthony, sent him a picture of the problem with the water in the garage and asked him to come out and check something I thought would be a minor fix. No response; I contacted him again on August 16 and on August 17 he said he would be out, but never showed, never called. Contacted him again on August 19 and he said he would stop by. Never showed, never called. I texted him because I couldn't believe that he wouldn't come out and correct his work. Today, August 23, I called another plumber to come to repair what is probably an easy fix, more $$ for me to spend. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service after the sale. I've seen positive reviews online, so I can't understand why I'm having so much trouble.

I've dealt with many of contractors over the past 20 years, hands down this plumber is the best plumber I've ever used! He was very professional and Swift. His follow-up was exceptional and he made himself available the very first day I called to come out explore the issue and fix the problem immediately. I would recommend BC Plumbing to anyone.

The first time with Anthony he came to my house & immediately left because no adult was home. We were literally 2 minutes away. Anyway, made a second appointment for three days later & Anthony NEVER showed up nor called to either reschedule or to at least say he wasn't coming. I sat at home all day for nothing! I will never do business with this company nor would I ever recommend them. How unprofessional. You try to support black business & this is the outcome you get!
