I was initially given a quote of around $750, but the final bill ended up at $2,500. When I asked why there was such a big difference between the original estimate and the final charge, they claimed they had found additional leaks in the house that required repairs. However, I did not see any new leaks at all, apart from the initial one that was discussed from the very beginning. In over eight years of managing multiple properties, I have never paid anywhere near this much for a leak repair. This was by far the highest amount I have ever been charged. On top of that, I never saw any actual leaks myself beyond the original one, and when I asked the manager to let me speak directly with the technician, she refused to give me his contact information. This was simply shameful service and outrageous overcharging.

I called late last night due to an emegency. By noon my entire job was completed with a smile by Joe. He was very clear on his diagnosis and solution. He acted fast. Thank you so much for your help!

I have had multiple residential plumbing services performed by Torrisi an I have always been extremely satisfied. Just recently I had a gas line repair done and the owner Joe came out personally to give me a price that was less than a quarter of another contractor's price. He had a plumber out the next morning at 7am and it took him less than 20 minutes to fix it. After contacting Spire I had my gas service back on that same day. Joe and his team are the best!
