Great company all around. We had our entire heating and air conditioning units installed by them in 2021 when we bought our new house. Robert the salesman came to the house and showed us what we needed. They came the day that was agreed and got everything done in 1 day. Neat and no surprises. The price agreed was the exact price.we used them after for yearly maietance on the units and water heaters. Donna and Jill always work with getting the times and days we need for appointments.All the guys that come either install maietance or repair are respectful nice and know their work . We recently had an issue with a fan motor on a Saturday. Within an hour someone came and detected the problem. By Monday morning the part was delivered and installed before a big heat wave arrived. Nick and Keith in the parts department are great. Robert from sales even called me back on a Sunday to assure me the part was covered under warrantee and would do the best he can to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Everyone should use scaran for all their heating and cooling needs.

I have now been a customer of Scaran’s for 28 years. It Really is a blessing to me To be a Customer with this company. There has been times in the Dead of winter when I needed service and they’ve always Made me feel And treated me as my problem was a priority. When the technicians leave my home, I can’t help myself, but to contact the manager Kevin, who may I say is also very Polite and patient And let him know how these gentlemen represent the company In such a positive way. I am so glad that I have my heating and air conditioning service contract with this company and couldn’t think of dealing with any other company.

Technician came during designated time slot, was personable, and very knowledgeable . Did maintenance on my furnace and left area neat and clean. Never had a problem with any technicians and any furnace issues which are rare, they come quickly. Highly recommended this company. Office staff is very pleasant to deal with also!

Professional. Quick. Honest. Respectful. Skilled. Kept the house clean and damage free. Explained everything they were doing. Prices are not the cheapest, but on the contractor's triangle I'll go for FAST and GOOD every time when it comes to things that are using natural gas in my house, for safety.
