Gibbs Plumbing & Drain

Totally impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail Mr. Gibbs brings to the job. We are very appreciative of the time he took to replace our faucet and fixing the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Would 100% recommend him for any plumbing needs. Fair pricing as well for a job well done.

Tim was awesome. From the first call he was here within 30 minutes. Once he arrived, he assessed the problem and was 100% correct in his diagnosis. He tried the quick fix but also said he’s pretty sure the machine will be needed. Sure enough, he was correct. Pulled the machine in and was able to fix the drain. From my first call to fixed was all done within the hour. Great up front pricing and very reasonable. Very pleased to have met Tim!

Gibbs is a great plumber! Gave me an accurate quote over the phone, showed up promptly the next day and got the job done the right way. I will always recommend him and give him a call for future issues. Thanks

I needed a new water heater installed and Gibbs Plumbing was quick to provide a quote, very responsive and they were the best price! When Tim was installing my water heater, he also provided a quote to replace my broken brass two handle laundry faucet. He had the faucet on the truck and was able to replace it right after he finished the water heater. I will definitely use Gibbs Plumbing for any future plumbing issues. Great job, great value and great price.

We were super impressed by Tim, from Gibbs Plumbing & Drain. Our basement flooded for the first time. I called him at 7:20 AM and he answered and said he could be at our house within the hour. He was very informative and gave me a good price. I would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond to give us peace of mind.

Tim is an amazing and reputable plumber. I called at 7:00am with an emergency and he was at my home within the hour. He wanted to research an issue I described to him (at no cost). I had another business come to my house the prior evening for emergency service. They claimed they were unable to remove the defective part and didn’t have the right materials to make a temporary repair so they would have to return the following morning (and I would have to pay an additional service fee). They also provided an astronomical estimate to make the final repair. Within 5 minutes of Tim arriving to my home he removed the defective device (with little effort) that the other contractor said wouldn’t come off and would require an extensive amount of work. The entire plumbing assembly was replaced and working like new within minutes. His price was unbelievably low (especially since I called on the weekend). I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

Tim came out to fix my problem right away, had no problem getting an appointment set up the worked with my schedule. We had multiple things that we needed fixed, he gave us his honest advice and explained all of our options. He was up front about things that needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. Got everything done quickly and at a very fair price!! So happy to have found him, and will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.
