So very happy with this company and I will never call anyone else again. 3rd time is a charm.. as the first 2 were not doing the job correctly. Met with Jim today after sending a message last night, and he made sure everything was up to par and beyond with my oil furnace before he left, and I have heat!! Also very affordable and made sure the area was clean. Thank you so very much! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with JE Turnbaugh, and our air conditioning unit. I reached out via their website and Crystal got back to me within Just a few hours. Paul and his assistant Eric promptly showed up this morning, were able to diagnose the issue within minutes and fixed everything to help extend the life of our unit. The cost was very reasonable how was extremely helpful and respectful overall a great experience

Eric is the smartest and most reliable plumber I've worked with. No matter the challenge (and we've had a variety!), he can troubleshoot and fix it. We have relied on his expertise for years and would highly recommend him. He has installed and maintained our RO water purifying system, maintained our water softening system, replaced our water heaters, and repaired leaky pipes, faucets and toilets.

Barry is an incredible plumber with over 40 years of experience, and it absolutely shows in his work! Not only is he skilled and efficient, but he also takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why—something you don’t find often. He’s patient, kind, and never makes you feel less than for asking questions. It’s clear he truly cares about helping people, not just fixing pipes. If you want a plumber who’s both professional and personable, Barry is the one to call. Highly recommend!

If there was 6 stars I would choose that. Called after hours for AC broken, house was 90 inside. The tech James was there in 20 minutes, was clear and upfront about charges, diagnosed and repaired in an hour. He went so far above and beyond, cared about the service he was doing and educated me every step of the way. 1000% recommend. As a service manager in the equipment industry, i appreciate his attitude, customer service and expertise. He was not there to collect the emergency fee and get back home, he cared about getting our house cooled down. James Russ, JE Turnbaugh, legends.

WOW. Exceptional job. Really grateful for James. Same-day service, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I told him: I know nothing about these air handlers, can you talk to me like I am a Kindergartner, and see if it's time to replace them, service them, or what to do? He really held my hand and made sure my spouse and I were comfortable. He wasn't a pressure-me-to-buy kind of guy... He scheduled me for service, said we can get more life out of our units, and did everything he could to amend our future dealings so I can save money. Same as previous poster, If I could give 6, even 10 stars I would. Incredible company, and James is a man who takes his work seriously is a hard thing to find. Also it was hot. He didn't complain or lose his temper. Every part of the proceeding was exemplary. I can't say it any other way. They've earned our return business.

Paul replaced our drain pan. He was very thorough and professional. I’m so glad I called JE Turnbaugh Plumbing and Heating from the first call to the completed job they have been great. We will definitely use them again.
