Tyson was great !! Took care of the job fast at a reasonable price. Had a ball valve that gave out for my sprinkler system that was before the house main shut off. Tyson was able to cap the pipe and move the sprinkler system shut off to after the main shut off. I would recommend Jim Needham HCP for your job.

Taylor was awesome everything he found with our shower install years ago.He corrected informed me why?What was done was illegal? Very polite, definitely professional cleaned up the bathroom. And taped up the wall so we could take a shower until i'm able to replace the tile

This company does not care about you or your family. Their favorite thing to say is "we are so sorry", which is probably how they will respond to this review. We hired this company two years ago to install a new furnace and AC unit. Everything was fine until spring of 2025. My wife was smelling gas and since the installation of both the furnace and the AC Unit we have been paying for their "jim membership" to come out and check our system. They failed to detect a gas leak, but made sure to quote us a $1200 air purifier system. Days later Xcel came out and red tagged our system. Magically, when Jim Needham came back out they found a cracked valve in the unit that was missed by their techs days before. This is a big deal because my wife works from home and we have a one year old child that she watches at home. Slow gas leaks are no joke. Fast forward to Sept 2025. Our AC suddenly stopped working. Again we have paid for their "jim membership" for the new equipment and the tech Nicholas came out and told us that he wasnt sure who installed our system but they didnt seem qualified. Jim Needham installed our unit and has been the only company to service it. After three hours of troubleshooting, Nicholas found out that we had a blown compressor, which surprised him since the unit was so new. So he shut our AC unit off and said the equipment would be in within a few days. Fast forward to two weeks later and the parts finally came in, without any heads up from the company that it would be longer than expected for the repair. Its been 90 degrees outside. Dan showed up today at 10:30AM (he is the fleet manager) when our scheduled appointment window was from 8-9:59 AM, without any call he would be late. Installed the new compressor (hopefully correctly), then told us that we needed to spray our outside unit ourselves to clean it. Dan claims he has 26 years experience, but apparently has 0 years experience in customer service. We had just paid for them to service the AC unit, which according to them includes cleaning the outside unit, which they did not do. This company is unorganized, unprofessional, under performing, and unqualified. Will make sure everyone I know does not hire this company. I should have left this review a long time ago! Firstly, their team was amazing to work with. Shoutout to Caleb, who was a great project engineer to work with. I was in need of a new air conditioning unit, as my old one broke down in the middle of summer. I was set on a new A/C unit, until Caleb patiently introduced me to the idea of a heat pump. He answered all of my texts and calls in a timely and thoughtful manner. In the end, it made more sense with the rebates that were available at the time. That said, their quotes were also very reasonable and competitive against others I reached out to. Secondly, they go above and beyond. Their customer service team was very respectful and helpful. Their technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and made an intentional effort to keep my house clean in spite of all the work that needed to be done. Lastly, they really take care of you. Based on the size of my house, I was quoted a certain heat pump size. But as the system struggled to maintain temperature setpoints, they sized up my system at no additional cost. They could have easily asked for more but they chose to honor the original agreement. I cannot recommend Jim Needham enough.
