Our repair person, Evan, gave us excellent customer service. He came on a weekend, on time, and fully prepared to do whatever we needed then and there. He patiently explained the problem to us, and offered appropriate alternatives. Our tankless hot water system is now functioning perfectly. We recommend Evan at Payless for all your water heater needs. As a separate item, Payless can be pricey so be aware of that.

My water heater venting needed to be replaced, and Joey showed up promptly and was extremely courteous and kept me informed through the process. I decided to install a tankless water heater instead of fixing, venting on a regular heater. The installation proceeded smoothly, and Joey even gave me a number to contact him directly at and was available after hours for a question I had. The price was extremely fair and Joey helped me get set up for the rebates. The company was great in communication before, during, and after installation.

We are very happy Payless, and their representative David H. They promptly installed our tankless water heater two years ago within hours of when our old tankless heater quit working. David showed us various options and then quickly installed our new system so we could be back up and running with warm water. Since that time he has come when asked to do our annual flush and descaling, so necessary with the hard water in our area.
