Rob (Plumber) is very professional and did a quality job whilst being friendly, and quick! Only complaint is the timing/scheduling. Had to reschedule twice since I’ve been here where the window was 2-4 PM arrival, but arrival wasn’t until 4:30 or so, which made my plans difficult to stick to. Not a huge deal and overall 4/5. Awesome Customer Service: Repair guys came in and introduced themselves and answered every question that I had, very professional. Also explained what I needed to do if there was a problem. Even the customer service rep she was very polite and answered all my questions and follow up and explained what was needed to complete my order. I will most definitely call for your service again.

This turned out to be more than a water heater installation. The valves at the water service lines were ready to fail. The incoming water line actually broke at the turn off valve. Ben and his assistant worked very hard to restore my water service. I will have this service replace my incoming water line. They left no mess after doing all the work to install the heater and restore my water service. Good job!
