They sent Ryan out to solve our plugged up sewer line. As a retired refinery pipefitter I have done this work many times. But at the age of 75 it would have been a challenge to accomplish this job by my self. Rooter man is the first company to do the job properly as it should be really done, using a large cable and cutter instead of using smaller equipment. He was very confident and did a very good job, and in my opinion properly clearing the blockage we had. The company was quick to respond. Price was very fair in comparison to past experiences. Well done young man, thank you. Highly recommend.

We called Rooter Man for a leaking toilet. They were very quick to respond and had a technician out the same day. Explained the issues that were going on and answered any questions. We purchased our own toilet and had the technician install it for us. Very reasonable pricing! The technician was professional and did the work in a timely manner! Called after normal business hours and the service rep was at the house in about 35 minutes. He evaluated the situation, wrote up a quote for installing a new water heater and after getting my approval, got everything he needed, completed the installation and had everything up and running in a very reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the whole process and the installer went above and beyond making sure things were working and cleaned up properly when he was done.

Ryan came super fast when our hot water went out and it was after 5 on a weekday. I was so impressed with how quickly he diagnosed the issue, and got the parts and installed the new water heater the same night. WOW!!! 100% would give them my business again for any issue that comes up!

Called the day before Thanksgiving late in the afternoon for a kitchen valve leaking into my basement. Within two hours Brycen showed up and got to work. He is replacing the valve as I type this. They came out when others couldn’t make it until after the holiday. Great service! AND the owner called to let me know who was coming and at what time. Awesome company! I noticed around 3:30pm that I had a leaky water heater, after an hour of trying to fix the problem myself I caves in and called Rooter Man and within 15 minutes I had a technician at my door. He was incredibly helpful and fixed my leak within minutes. I will absolutely be calling again with any future problems I may have, and they're fairly priced too!

My floor drain in my basement was overflowing!!! I called rooter man and within an hour a technician was at my doorstep. Christian was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. He explained pricing and procedures and what he recommended should be done. Roots were snaked out of one of my clean outs and all was well. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely call rooter man in the future and recommend to others.
