Might guess it - Friday night after business hours and the toilet decided to quit shutting off properly. Called one of the so-called 24-hour plumbing services and was informed that there would be no tech available until Monday morning. Not good enough. Were four people supposed to go an entire weekend without a functioning toilet??? Decided to call Preferred Plumbing. We'd never used them before, had no idea what to expect. Kirk himself answered the phone and said he was just finishing dinner and would be right over. Within 10 minutes he was there and swapped out the faulty valve in less than a minute. On top of that, he charged us less than he originally quoted. Plus, Kirk was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We were all very impressed that there is still a such thing as GOOD customer service. Preferred Plumbing will be our "go to" from now on. Once again, Kirk came to the rescue with a plumbing issue. We bought a new washer & dryer and the delivery driver couldn’t get the old washer off the valve because it was corroded. Kirk came out the next day and took care of the problem! He’s always responsive, affordable, friendly, and professional!

Kirk took my call at almost midnight when I found my ceiling dripping with water. Kirk walked me through what I was looking for and verified if he had the supplies on hand or not before committing to coming out. Was super friendly and didn't feel pressured or judged. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely reuse in the future.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a tough situation. Water heater died one night and Kirk came out the next morning with very short notice. He walked through the entire process and cost breakdown with me while being quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

They were able to come over by the next day to check our faucet which was really nice. Then when they were done with that I had them replace the hose bibb outside and washing machine valves and they were extremely efficient and fast and everything looks and works great! Reasonable pricing as well so all around .

These guys are GREAT! Had a little emergency due to the delivery of a new frig. Called them at 1:30. Arrived at 3:45 fixed the problem and were gone by 4:00. They will be my forever plumber. Thank you guys sooooo much!

Kirk was super easy to work with, showed up on time, and quickly figured out what the problem was. They explained everything in a way that made sense and gave us multiple options for what worked best for us. Definitely recommend if you want someone who knows their stuff and doesn’t waste your time.
