Kruse Plumbing

This is the second time that Kruse Plumbing has come out to our hotel. They are always very professional and take care of our leak in a timely manner. We have put them on the top of our list to call for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you for doing a great job for us!

Kruse Plumbing was great! Alex installed a new hot water tank and a whole house filter system. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how everything worked. He was friendly and very professional. The piping layout looks great! They were prompt and responsive. Thank you!

I have been working with Kruse Plumbing for a few years now, and they are fantastic. The crews are fast, efficient, and do quality work, and Hannah who manages the office is the BEST! I used Kruse for an extensive remodel project of a rental property in Vancouver and they were great to work with and I was very satisfied with their work. My observation is that they do great work and put the customer first. Recently I called them to repair the toilets in our home and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they have hired additional plumbers to do service repairs. Alex came on time, completed the work efficiently, and made sure that everything was working correctly. Give Kruse Plumbing a call; you won't be sorry you did!

Have never hired this company - however, this morning while on my commute to work one of their field pickup trucks covered in markings of this company decided to fly down Main Street at a high rate of speed. Upon his lane ending he took it upon himself to try and swerve his truck into my lane to force himself ahead of me. When I refused to let him move ahead of me he continued to stay in the now turn lane and continue swerving the truck towards me. This was not only a disregard for traffic law but blatant disregard as to human safety. Once we got to the 4th Plain intersection I was able to take pictures of the license plate. Driving a vehicle that is marked with your company is an extension of the company in itself. If this obscene behavior is a representation of this company I warn everyone to not hire them as they vagrantly declared a lack of respect for life and law.

Kruse plumbing replaced my water heater today. The crew was right on time. The job was done very professionally and fast. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I believe CHKruse may be the best I’ve found. They are easy to work with on the phone, easy to get scheduled and fairly priced. I got an estimate to replace two shower cartridges from my usual plumbing company and thought they were pretty high so I wanted to compare. Kruse plumbing had good reviews so I called for an estimate. Kevin L. Came out and gave me an approximate estimate, indicated he would have to head to Portland to pick up the cartridges so the price could vary depending on how long that would take or they could order the parts and reschedule. I told him to go for it since he was already here. He was gone about 30 minutes. Kevin had both cartridges changed out and the job completed within an hour after getting back. Kevin told me Labor cost would be for 2 hours. I thought this was very reasonable considering he had to go to Portland to get the cartridges. Hannah e mailed me the bill and I was pleasantly surprised. Well under my usual plumbers estimate!!!! When I called and talked with Hannah she was always upbeat and pleasant. Kevin L, was very personable, professional, thorough and made sure the area where he worked was cleaned. I will call them again....Thanks Hannah and Kevin L
