Logan A/C & Heat Services sales rep Ryan was awesome. He came prepared with Logan booklet to show what we were purchasing. We had 3 other estimate no booklet or pictures just $$$ We had lots of questions about the warranty, installation, company and products. Ryan was patient in answering. He said I could call him again if I had more questions. Thank Ryan Our installer were Shane, Jason and James. They got busy removing the old equipment. Shane said it would be a long process and it was! We are happy about our install and the new equipment we purchased 3 Ton A/C with a ⛽️ furnace. Now we are cold with the new thermostat setting on 78 They did great job on the clean up! They were a great team working together. We highly recommend Logan Services for any Hvac system replacement Thank you!

I needed a new AC and decided to go ahead and replace my 20+ year furnace at the same time. I was quoted several options from multiple places but I appreciated Steve Jones honesty and flexibility. He came out on a Sunday and offered me a very detailed quote after a thorough review of my needs. He offered me many options and was even willing to go lower if necessary. I was installed today, and I must say, there were a few nervous moments, (the sounds of work), but in the end I am very pleased. Thanks to Dave, Donnie, and Mike for a quick and seamless installation. They were friendly professionals, who answered all of my questions with a smile.

The guys did a great job! They wore shoe covers and used drop cloths to keep my floors as clean as possible from coming in and out with the snow. They were friendly, professional and explained everything very well. I recommend Logan services to anyone!

Great experience with Logan services from start to finish. First started with getting a fast appointment time for a quote. Great communication on appointments and notifications of when personnel were arriving. Along with a text, email and photo of the person with a note about them. Sales rep Zach came out and was amazing with discussing my project, financing options along with multiple questions I had after he left. He was patient with time I spent before accepting Logan services as I was getting another quote. He worked with me which was great as I feel that helped with some decision making to use Logan. Love that Logan services give’s military and first responder discounts. Very transparent on the project plans and pricing. The install crew was top notch! Lachlan, Craig and Deavin were great. On time, clean, respectful and were transparent during the whole process. They listened and addressed my questions. The crew was personable and easy to talk with. A very professional and experienced crew that made the install process smooth and flawless. After install of the mini split Lachlan took the time to talk over paperwork, operation of the mini spilt and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Based on this experience I would recommend using or considering Logan AC & Heat Services for your next HVAC project.

We just had our furnace replaced today with Logan Services. It was a great experience from estimate to install completion. Michael came out to do a free estimate and was very knowledgeable about the Trane products Logan has to offer. We got a great price, especially compared to the other estimates we had recieved. Install was set up quickly according to my availability and the guys that came out to replace the furnace were great. Shout out to Clay, Jalon, and Hakim. They were very pleasant and professional. They worked well together as a team and answered any and all questions that I had. Overall great experience from beginning to end and we will definitely continue to call Logan Services for any needs in the future!

I would recommend Logan Service. There salesman Tyler Howard explained everything to me and treated me with respect. The installation team was just that a team. Mike C, Mike F and Chad N were great and were very professional and answered any questions I had as they installed my new heating & air conditioning system. As a homeowner they made me feel comfortable around them. I look forward to a long relationship with Logan Service. Logan Service has made follow-up calls to make sure everything works great. Great after the sale follow-up.

The Logan installation team David Simonson & Donnie were excellent. They lay down drop clothes all the way from the front door down the basement stairs, and across the finished basement floor. The entire old system removed & new system install in about 3 hours. The temperature in the house only increased 2 degrees during the install. They were polite, professional and competent. They contained the debris and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. The new system cools better than the old unit. Happy wife, happy life. From the estimate with Michael Toht all the way to completion, I would definitely use Logan Services again.
