I called Midtown Plumbing after having some drainage issues. Shawn was very honest about my options and ultimately I went w/ a full sewer line repipe to avoid more issues in the future. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and don’t regret choosing the right option. No one in the County could’ve beat the price and the quality of labor. I’m forever a Midtown Plumbing client! I stayed with some friends in Ventura for the week and their septic tank and pump backed up. Shawn came out in the middle of the night to get us going again, and then twice more. Turns out there was an equipment issue that wasn’t immediately apparent and is really not a traditional plumbing issue. He was honest and expedient. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend enough!! We had a leak at our slab, called and they came out immediately. They worked continuously to fix the problem. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and even cleaned up when they were finished.

I received a call from the Homeowners Association that there was a leak in the Laundry Room downstairs and it was from my unit upstairs. They had called Midtown Plumbing to repair it, and I agreed to go ahead and do it. Great team. Work was done efficiently within 2 days. I'm actually continuing to do business with Midtown as opposed to my previous plumber.
We had to have a gas line entirely replaced and a new water heater installed. Shawn from Midtown Plumbing was recommended. He was very knowledgeable, kept us updated and completed the job in a timely manner. This was a very big jobs and Shaw really came though for us. For any plumbing issues, we will definitely call Shawn from Midtown Plumbing again and recommend him to our friends and family
