Yesterday, I experienced one of the most terrifying and frustrating situations of my life because of Todd’s Companies. While driving on the 99 freeway coming back from Tulare, I was behind one of their trucks when something suddenly fell out and smashed into my car. My bumper and license plate were completely destroyed. This happened in the middle of freeway traffic, surrounded by diesel trucks—it could have caused a deadly accident. I am extremely thankful I didn’t swerve and cause a pileup, but I was shaken to my core. I tried to signal the driver, but he ignored me and kept going. Once I was able to safely pull off the freeway and inspect the damage, I was stunned by the extent of destruction to my car. I immediately called Todd’s Companies to report what happened, expecting urgency and concern. Instead, I was met with the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to. She showed zero empathy, kept cutting me off, and dismissively told me to "call my insurance" because there was "nothing she could do." When I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up on me. I called back, only to be hung up on again after asking for her name and a manager. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond unacceptable. A serious safety incident like this should be handled with compassion and responsibility—not hostility, rudeness, and refusal to escalate to management. Their complete disregard for the danger this posed to me and everyone on that freeway is disturbing. After looking up more information, I discovered this isn’t the first complaint about reckless driving from Todd’s Companies, and apparently they are already facing multiple lawsuits for similar issues. That says everything about the type of business they run. Todd’s Companies, you should be ashamed. This was not just "an accident"—it was negligence that could have easily cost lives. The fact that your staff treated it with such disrespect shows how little accountability or integrity you have. Do better, Todd’s.

One of their company trucks was swerving in and out of heavy traffic and almost collided with my vehicle twice. The driver then proceed to cut me off multiple times and almost hit a diesel truck as well. I called the number on the truck to report the reckless driving and explained the situation to the lady on the phone, she responded with "you sound familiar, from Reedley?" This comment and her tone throughout the phone call was very disappointing due to the fact that I was reporting reckless driving from their company vehicle. After reading other reviews I see this may be a common problem they have yet to fix…I ended up calling highway patrol and reported the careless driver. Company truck - TODD Companies TC116 License- 59800RZ After this incident I would not even consider or even recommend this unprofessional company to anyone I know. If your driving through the area the company travels be careful and good luck

Invoiced todd company 4 some tractor repair worked with melissa ap 4 2 months kept getting the run around. Her supervisor Letica would not speak 2 me regarding. I finanlly had 2 go 2 the office & ask to speak with owner & was giving the ck dated 3weeks prior.

My daughter was driving on Highway 198 when a Todd Companies truck threw up a rock and cracked her windshield. She immediately called me, and within 5 minutes I had called the company to let them know what had happened. The nice lady that answers the phone asked the owner/manager and they told us to call our own insurance company. Our insurance company said that since the repair will be less than the deductible, we needed to call Todd Companies back as it was their responsibility. We called back several times over the next week and the owner/manager would not get on the phone or return the calls. We also sent a certified letter to them with no response. This is very unprofessional and it shows that Todd Companies is unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would certainly never want to do business with this type of company.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST, THEY BROUGHT THEIR VEHICLE TO GET FIXED, THEY TOOK THEIR TRUCK AND NEVER PAID FOR THE BILL, CALLED CALLED CALLED AND THEY JUST GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND, MONTH AND A HALF LATER AND STILL TRYING TO COLLECT PAYMENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOOOOTTT DEAL WITH THEM, THEY'RE BAD FOR BUSINESS AND NO ONE WANTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE OR DO ANYTHING TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY OWE.

I have not been paid for polishing the floor at his daughter's restaurant. TABLE 57 ON SHIRK RD. I was told by Jim Todd that he didn't like the quality, but it is still in use to this day. I was threatened with arrest for attempting to collect money owed and that if I tried any further to collect that he would have someone else fix it and charge me a lot more than I owed him. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Todd companies are quick to response with home insurance claims, 2 hours later Mark C arrive to my house. Mark is very friendly and approachable. The work was done on a timely manner great guy. Im very pleased with his service. On my next plumbing issue I call ToDD and request for Mark C.
