I recently had to call an a/c company, so I called Mike stass services. I have worked with and I have been a long time customer of theirs. On the first call of (3) the tech can out and said I was low on Freon and so he put more in with a leak detection die. The tech did not search for the leak at the time. Call (2), they can out on a weekend and said that my capacitor was bad and replaced it. I am now in this for over 700 dollars and 2 call outs within a month. Call (3) , they came out again, this time the tech said there was a leak….which by the way never looked for the two previous times. The tech said now I have leak in the Acoil and can be fixed by replacing the coil for another 2 grand. So three call outs and still not fixed. Will not use this company again

These guys are fantastic. Had an emergency plumbing issue with a sewer line. They came out within an hour of my late night call, and another 30 minutes later everything was resolved. David is a fantastic plumber. He’s been out before for a couple other issues and has always been very professional, prompt, and open to share plumbing tips. Rick was a big help taking my call as well. Highly recommended!!

Had an appointment confirmed. Plumber no showed. Especially problematic because plumbing is leaking and now will have to find another plumber who will hopefully be more reliable. Look elsewhere.

Hands down a wonderful experience!! We have an older home with a sink that wouldn't drain no matter what we tried. Don came out Monday to diagnose our issue and was able to identify our issue immediately. He explained the issue to us in detail so we fully understood. The repair was able to be completed a few days later on Thursday. He was knowledgable, efficient and cleaned up without a trace. Very thankful!

Eli the plumber just fixed a very stubborn drain problem in my bathtub. A very personable guy with impressive knowledge and expertise--all rare attributes these days. Thank you Mike Staas Svcs. and thank you Eli! Highly recommended!!

Called Staas Plumbing yesterday after my yard guy broke through my water line at the meter. Decided to tough it out through the night being assured that the tech would be here this morning between 8 and 8 8:30. He was on time and got the job done. Very professional and personable. Can’t remember the young man’s name but I’m sure you will know at your office. Please pass along our thanks. Nice having the water back on as soon as you did. Will definitely recommend you in the future.

Zach by far is the best service professional I’ve dealt with in 20 years. I had a plumbing issue. Pier and beam house. Not only was he on time but he got under the crawlspace diagnose the problem quick and had a quick fix it fixed it properly And properly. The guy is just simply amazing customer service, personality, and knowledge. Explained everything and was gracious enough to share his knowledge. On other questions I had. Flat out superb service world class. This company should be thankful that he’s on board. I highly recommend you request him for any of your plumbing issues .
