Thank you to Amped pluming for all of their help. Thank you to Zeke for coming out and giving us an accurate estimate that Amped stuck to. Thank you to Dakota Elmore and Dakota Boyd for coming and doing the work. They worked very clean and did minimal damage to our walls to get in and repair the leak. They also were very polite and explained everything that was going on as they did the fix. When Zeke gave us our quote he also gave us a quote for getting our whole house plumbing done and once we get to a point that we can do that. We will definitely be going with them for that process.

Had a great experience with Amped Home Service! Ricky came out to unclog our kitchen drain and was professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. The work was done incredibly fast without cutting corners—he had everything cleared up in no time. What really stood out was how thorough he was—he not only fixed the main issue but also took the time to check all the other drains in the house to make sure everything was working properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about doing things right. We felt totally comfortable having him in our home—very trustworthy and respectful. They are very thorough. Even though you don’t want the worst outcome, it happens. It happened to me. They showed through a camera live. They took the time to explain what was going on my options and payment options. They were very pleasant even though it was the news was bad and it’s necessary. Technician great guy did good job. Made my stomach turn though to pay 600$ for one hour to replace faucet, even on a Saturday. I did alot of the work before plumber showed up and dug mud and dirt out of the water meter and shut off water. Took long while. Know things are expensive but that was just too much and not right. Again Technician fine, not blaming him but will not use company again, not cool. Response very good but disappointed. 600$ for outdoor faucet and one hour. I'm part to blame, shouldn't of done it but had to pay 129$ just for visit so kicking myself as well.

I highly recommended Amped for home &/or office repairs, last week was the 2nd time we needed their services. Our shower faucet/shower head needed to be replaced and updated. Zeke came out and gave us a written estimate after talking with us on what our needs were and what direction we are wanting to go. Zeke did a great job! In addition all my interactions I have had with Amped from phone, to going into office to service call in my home - every person has been friendly, easy-going and respectful.

What impressed me most was the quality of his work—everything was fixed perfectly, and he made sure to test everything thoroughly before leaving. On top of that, he kept the area clean and treated my home with respect. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such great customer service.
