I called "Colin The Plumber" on a Sunday morning when I discovered my hot water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced; the lady who answered the phone was very nice and courteous and quickly arranged for one of their technicians to come later on the same day. Brandin came in at the scheduled time and he was friendly and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and left everything cleaned when he left. Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole process and will definitely keep using Colin the Plumber for my future plumbing needs! Great service!!

7/24/25: I was happy with my service. Mitch L. found out that my cleaning container cracked open & spilled onto the floor & then down into my basement ceiling. It wasn't a plumbing problem afterall. I was grateful for that much. He found the culprit. Mitch was nice & professional .

Brandin was excellent at fixing our toilet. He also answered all my questions and was easy to understand. The communication with the main office was easy also by phone. The day of repair the text messages were timely and told when Brandin was in his way. I would definitely recommend Colin the Plumber!

Colin the Plumber crew just left after a complete & hard days work installing a tankless water heater. Adam, Brandon, Colin, Mitch and Ethan all went out of their way with the install (access, pipes and wiring are all out of the way and very convenient and placed attractively). They did a terrific cleanup job and made sure we understood the instructions. We appreciate Nick coming out and setting up the project. We are very pleased and give Colin the Plumber a great recommendation.

I wanted to try a different plumber and super glad I found these guys! So easy to schedule an appointment… less than 24 hrs I had a young man Adam show up ready to install a brand new toilet… My service was absolutely outstanding! This young man did everything himself.. repaired valve as well… What a meticulous job he did. The caulking around the toilet was so perfect. Not one complaint… loved the fact he was knowledgeable and explained what happened to the piece replaced- He even took the old one! I was terrified it was gonna sit outside wondering if garbage company would take it… What a sweetheart….I will no longer go anywhere else not only for the amazing customer experience… but cause this young man didn’t try to scam me and recommend things to repair that didn’t need to be- like others! I will request Adam for sure for my other homes as needed… Give them a call - No scams just honest work - I got a first time customer discount as well!!! Adam will be receiving 5 stars today!

Thank you very much to Brandin, a team member of Colin the Plumber. The bathroom sink was drastically clogged beyond my DIY skills the day after Thanksgiving, naturally. I contacted Colin the Plumber and was immediately reassured someone would be available to repair the drain. Brian showed up promptly, listened and diligently went to work. I was very impressed by Brian's explanation and knowledge. He showed me what was clogging the drain, made a few helpful suggestions, cleaned and inspected the work area and asked if I had any additional questions. A job well done, especially on a holiday weekend! Thanks.

Colin The Plumber is a wonderful company. They guarantee their work the plumbers that do come to the house are very knowledgeable they’re certified and they stand behind their work.
