Tim has been our plumber for almost 3 years now and we are very happy with his work. He knows his trade very well and explains the problem you are having. What I like, he always gives you options and never forces you to do anything. I also found his prices to be very reasonable and fair compared to the national chain plumbers. He is very busy, but always gets back to you by text or phone within 30 minutes. If you need a plumber, Tims your guy.

We will only use Tim Ryan again in the future! He is very knowledgeable, honest, professional, and really goes the extra mile for his customers! He is very meticulous with his work. We first discovered Tim’s fantastic service several years ago and then he helped us out again recently with replacing our hot water heater AND getting us a credit towards our new one when our previous one was just barely out of warranty. Tim's been servicing our home plumbing needs since we built in 2005. His professionalism, cleanliness and overall knowledge has repeatedly saved us time and resources. From water conditioners, new water lines, repairing existing fixtures inside and outside, and processing/assessing warranty work - Tim can handle the needs for the average homeowner.

Recently, I had an issue with my hot water tank. Water was leaking from the bottom and no hot water was available to us. I called Tim at 7am in the morning and by 7:15am he had returned my call. Tim walked me through shutting down the water and emptying the tank. Based on his already busy schedule he came out later that day and reviewed the situation and my needs. He concluded I needed a new hot water heater and that he would be out the next day to install. Tim worked me into the schedule for the next day and had me back in service with hot water within 30 hours after my original call for help. We are a family of 5. Our water heater died and I called some guy a friend recommended. He came out and took a look and quickly said I had two options.....spend $650 to replace the whole burner assembly or replace the whole unit for $1,700. Not I'm not sure about you, but there is never a great time to spend $1,700 on an expense you didn't see coming, especially just before vacation. I thought maybe I should get a second opinion. So I went to website of the manufacturer of my hot water heater and found Tim's contact info. I explained the situation to Tim and he quickly said that he thought the issue was an inexpensive $10 part that needed replaced. Going into a holiday weekend Tim was slammed but said he could come out, but it would take a couple days. Having 2 daughters in the house and a wife who love a hot shower (I mean who doesn't) I called Tim back just to try and ask a few more questions as to what the timeline would be should it not be this inexpensive part. Tim recommended that I could do this myself and I only needed 2 tools. He walked me through it, looked at the text message pictures I sent and helped me. What an honest person! Someone looking to help first and do the right thing. This is the type of guy everyone in our community needs to support. This is the type of guy everyone needs the number to. This is the type of business person that I want to know and support. What a simple gesture that is so rare today. I highly recommended Tim Ryan for all your plumbing needs. We had a major pipe stack that needed replaced and he came to the rescue after other companies didn’t want to do the job.
