Tacker plumbing LLC

I wouldve updated sooner but had to figure out how to make an account. Great company, and great services. Couldnt get ahold of any other company to come out to look at my problem and not only did they answer the first call but came out the same day. It wasnt a 1 day job but they worked quicker and more efficient than any company i have ever used. Strongly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. All new pex pipes and had them replace half my sewer line. Thanks Tacker Plumbing.

I had a broken drain pipe on the side of my house that my washing machine drained into. I called Tacker. They sent someone out to look at. He said he could put a boot on it (which is what was there that busted) but the "right way" wild be to dig up part of the ground and replace the pipes with a sanitary T pipe. He said it's going to be an all day thing and gave me an estimate of $500-$750. For the boot he quoted me approximately $200 (the charge of a service call. I said let's do it the right way. He said he would send a couple guys the next day to fix it. They came the next day did some digging and realized it was a lot more that they would have to replace because of the way the pipe was underground and so he just put a bit on it like it was before. He didn't ask me if this is what I wanted to do or if I wanted them to go ahead with the "right way". Then it came time to pay. Over $500 later I got the fix the first guy didn't want to do because it wasn't the "right way". I asked why it was so much and said the guy the day before said $200. He said because the service charge for the guy coming the first day was $189, plus the charge for him coming $189 plus the parts and labor. So I paid more than the cost of 3 service charges and still got the easy fix. I honestly could have had my friend do that for the cost of parts.

Good company, been doing my work for years! Always 100% honest and never backs down from the jobs!

Very knowledgeable and experienced in plumbing.Professional and very detailed. Once the job is completed they clean up the areas.I highly recommend this company.

Problem: water pipe clogged under the foundation. Mr Tacker plus all the men who worked on my plumbing problem were professional & very polite. They were patient in answering questions. Arrived on time, worked at a steady pace & cleaned up. Would use again.

I have used Tacker Plumbing several times in the past so I had every confidence this week that they were the company I wanted to clear the clog in my toilet. They were here between 8-9:00, as they estimated, it took them about 10 minutes to do the job and they left no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend Tacker Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Update. 3/3/25- we needed Tacker plumbing again today for a different issues and just like last time, they came out quickly and fixed our problem and identified another issue that the city had to come out to replace their part. Shout out to Andy and Logan for all the work they did. Again, highly recommend! 6/21/22-Our experience with Tacker Plumbing was excellent. We developed a major leak in the main water pipe in the front yard early one morning. The Water Dept. had to turn off the water. We contacted Tacker Plumbing and they worked us in and came out that same day and and had the pipe fixed and water going. Simply, they did a great job and was reasonably priced. We will use them agin for sure.
