Fleetwell Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing

I was really happy with my first visit from Fleetwell. They came out the day I called. The office kept me well informed regarding the arrival time of the technician. He was right on time and professional. He had a great attitude and used equipment that I had not seen before so he explained in detail what he was doing.The service to assess my HVAC issue was free. They are coming out today to give me an estimate on the work that needs to be done.

Freddy and his tech team are 1st class with customer service and experience. They were least to spot issues with my air conditioning, showing me pics so I can see before & after improvements. All were so friendly, professional and patient with me! Thank you!!!

UPDATE: My unit was installed 3 weeks ago and stopped working yesterday. All of my thermostats lost power so A/C can’t be turned on. I called last night, received a call back this morning that they would work on getting me on the schedule. Checked in again now 6 hours later and still no answer on when this will get fixed. Tens of thousands of dollars to work for 3 weeks… Fast response and great service. Robert, the technician, was thorough and explained everything really well. Update: we’re replacing our unit through Fleetwell. Scott Hardy came out and checked our existing system, asked a lot of questions to determine our heating and cooling needs, went over our options and gave us a very favorable price for a new unit and install. Scott is amazing as is everyone we’ve dealt with at the company. From Robert who came out to check our unit, to Scott who helped us find what we need and Jenny and Stephanie in the office who got us scheduled and all set up! Highly recommend Fleetwell

I had a great experience working with Fleetwell Air. They were responsive, provided excellent customer service, and even called to let me know when the technician would arrive. Scott, the technician, was friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain the work he would be doing. After finishing, he confirmed everything was in good shape and recommended changing the filter every three months and scheduling service once a year. I’m very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Ivan, the service technician did an excellent job and did everything he could to make my system operate at peak efficiency. He was also knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

We have two full air conditioning systems. In The Heat of Summer one of them stopped working. They're pretty old and so I thought that we would have to replace it. I called Brett at fleetwell and he determined that all we needed was a secondary motor control replacement. Saved us thousands of dollars. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty.

Scott Hardy is the most knowledgeable, sincere, and pleasant HVAC manager that I have met. He is very professional and efficient. He came promptly at the time of the appointment, went did a thorough inspection of existing systems, and gave an estimate right on the spot. Very efficient.
