We had our furnace serviced. A problem was found with it running too hot and it was fixed immediately. We will use JT plumbing and Heating in the future

Old pipes burst on Sunday causing the hot water to run out. They were right out early this morning and with in 2.5 hours everything is good.

AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS. My family called them out to clear out a kitchen drain. We were quoted $439 for drain clear for a non-commercial property. Not great, but whatever. They sent out a guy and we were told that there would have to be pipes replaced, but no extensive drywall work. Okay. Another tech comes out, was told that we were quoted for the wrong pipe, and that it would be an additional 1500 dollars on top of the 2200 dollars quoted… just for a drain clear. We ended up paying $430 for incorrect quoting, promises, and no services being done. We went with another company, who cleared the drain, and fixed everything for under $200. The customer service was abysmal- we feel like we were just given false information through and through.

Decent company, got the job done. I appreciate that. I was in a pinch and needed to have guest bathroom functional. I had two sinks I needed snaked. Only did one. Expensive 4700 for their package deal and a new vanity in my half bath. 439 to snake a drain. Over 700 for the two. I feel like it should of been half the price and for the time it took the guy to snake the drain he could spent 10 extra minutes and just done the other one. Now I’ll have to buy a snake myself or pay someone else to come do it. I will never have them back out again. A tip from a fellow business owner JP Plumming. If you can help someone out with 10 more minutes to leave them taken care of, just do it. You’ll make it on the backend when they tell their friends about you.

JTs left me with a clogged faucet and a leak. Now I have mold and need drywall and carpet replaced. Ridiculous company and overcharges for terrible work.

Our old hot water heater stopped working late one evening. I called JT Plumbing the next day and they came out to look at it within 4 hours. The next day we had no hot water (just one day), and then they installed a tankless water heater for us the next morning. I'd say it was exceptionally quick service. Justin was very responsive and happily answered all of my questions. I'd happily go with JT Pluming in the future!
