Integrity is the best word to describe Phil. He is the best! His attention to detail is second to none. He asks lots of questions up front to make sure all parties are aligned and he explains why he is asking. He completely rewired my shop and put in new lighting. He has also done other smaller jobs to include hanging new chandeliers and ceiling fans as well as new outlets in our home. Also, he is very fair in price for the services he provides. I have to make sure I get the word out about PMC and Philip. He came out to install a level 2 charger for my EV. He was prompt, honest and upfront on everything. We initially met Phil during a self induced electrical emergency. He came out, gave us several options for repair and then completed the repairs quickly and professionally. Of all the different tradesmen we have had at our house Phil has been the best at cleaning up his work area. Since that initial meeting we have had Phil perform multiple different projects for us.
