A check valve on our sump pump failed and we woke to 3 inches of water on the floor in the basement. We live in a more rural area where it’s sometimes hard to find trades that service our area. Pro Restore was there in an hour (spectacular for our area) and they had the crew working immediately. The team was fast, efficient and professional and they took excellent care of the furniture and belongings we had while things were drying out. They also took care of the removal of things that could not be salvaged (carpet, soaked drywall, etc) and provided expert guidance on how to care for items that did get wet (what’s safe to keep and what’s not). They provided peace of mind at a very stressful time and didn’t cost a fortune. I highly recommend this company.
5yrs ago ur company did a complete repair of my water pipes in my kitchen ceiling/ upper bathroom WATER is leaking from the ceiling again in the same spot in my kitchen (took pics back then ) this is why I know it's the same spot there is NO WAY NEW PIPS are leaking again

Absolutely amazing work .... my basment was severely damaged do to a major storm and foundation cracks ..... but after these guys came through and did their job, It's better then I could have ever imagined.
