He resolved multiple problems in a single visit—far exceeding my expectations. I now have complete trust in this business and won’t hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs. I had a great experience with Poseidon Plumbing! Scheduling was a breeze, I loved that I was able to do it over text instead of missed phone calls back and forth like so many other places. Austin was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He originally came out to do a water test and give a quote, but managed to squeeze in the installation of a water softener for me that same day! He also made sure to communicate everything with me clearly, and even walked me through all of his work once he was done. Overall, stellar customer service and impressive quality work. I’ll be recommending Poseidon to anyone I know who needs some plumbing done.

Austin was fantastic. He explained what he was doing, how he fixed the problem, and what to do in the future if I see the issue again. Also, he inspected the house for any leaks to make sure there were no other issues. I appreciate his dedication to his work and his positive interaction with the customer.

Brandon was terrific! We called Poseidon Plumbing to explain their elaborate water filtration + UV light system located in a house we recently bought. Brandon was very patient and gave us complete instructions on the maintenance of this system, plus installed the exterior faucet to bypass the system. We will have him back out again when we need a plumber!

I had a pipe leaking underneath my house , the service tech luke was able to identify the problem quickly and had it repaired quickly as well. He did a great job of explaining the situation and also evaluated my home to ensure no other issues were looming, A++ service!

I called midday today in a panic because I'd just realized my rental property had no interior water cutoff valve and a new refrigerator is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Mark arrived at 2:30, assessed the situation, generated 3 options for me and talked me through the pros and cons. He then completed the work, checked the newly installed equipment, as well as every faucet inside and outside, and sent me a written report with pictures. Mark was knowledgeable, professional, patient, good humored, hardworking and efficient. He also generated and sent me a report listing and ranking several future repairs/maintenance items that should be taken care of next. I've used Poseidon (and it's predecessor) for all my plumbing needs since I bought the property in 2017. This is the second time Mark has been the repair technician. He replaced a water heater a few years ago. I will continue to us them in the future and highly recommend them.
