Horrible communication. They charged a service fee to come evaluate running a gas line to a gas range and we waited 2 weeks without any service or estimate provided. We called multiple times requesting the information and still didn’t receive a folllow up call anytime from the company. They were upset when we requested the service fee be refunded since they had failed to provide a service or cost associated with the service we were requesting and we couldn’t get scheduled to know we were on the schedule to get the work performed since we were needing the gas line so we could use our oven. My family and myself has used them several times and we never received this lack of communication or customer service. It’s very upsetting to try to get something so quoted, scheduled, and completed.

Water heater went out late in the afternoon. I called Potts and they worked us in and installed it the next afternoon. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Thank you!

I have used Potts Plumbing for many of my household needs... from unclogging my drains, replacing a part of my vent on the roof that would have gone unnoticed had Randy not been on the roof checking things out to repairing my dryer. They do it all. Their friendly service and attention to detail have always amazed me.
