Good experience from the start until the repair concluded. The scheduling agent was professional and thorough. They booked me for the same day. The technician showed up at the beginning of the 2-hour window, after a nice text advising me of his coming arrival. The technician knew the ins and outs of the washing machine very very well. He worked fast. He also held a conversation with me, and was unphased by my watching his work. He taught me a few useful things. The bill was reasonable, $190

Sergey was on time and polite. He was efficient and timely in his work. He immediately identified the problem with our stove top and had it fixed in no time at all. Would definitely use this company again for any other issues that may arise.

Excellent and competent service. They showed up when expected, got right to the heart of the matter, and were prepared (with the right parts on hand) to repair our Bosch dishwasher quickly and successfully. Also, very pleased with the service professional, Sergey, and his level of knowledge to get the job done. Highly recommend.

Excellent, thorough service! I had the pleasure to work with Sergey today as he repaired our large Thermador range. It was a complex job, and he worked on it for almost 4 hrs, but he did an excellent job! I'd work with Quality Appliance Repair again!

Really enjoy working with Quality Appliance repair team of technicians. They are very professional, friendly, patient and detail oriented. The initial technician, Tim came out twice as scheduled to do deep diagnosis of my freezer to determine the actual issues and then schedule Sergey to come out to fix the actual problem as it requires someone with special skill set and license to do the repair and Sergey had those qualifications. All completed timely within one week without any hassle. Excellent job to the team!

The technician who came to my house was great and seemed knowledgeable but I’ll give them 2 stars for the mismanaged process. Reasons below (I hope they fix) 1) The name. They are called Quality Appliance repair but their review link takes me to Powertrain appliance repair. Confusing 2) Bad communication. The technician looked at my fridge, identified the problem was with the water valve and said he’ll email me next day with a follow up. Radio silence after that. I had to call 3 times to get a response. 3) Don’t care attitude: They determined they don’t have the part (water valve) available. I’d have still liked to know whether someone else could have the part or is it unfixable and I should just buy a new fridge. They just sent a one-liner email saying "part is no longer available" which didn’t give me any info on what I should do next. Even if this job didn’t work out I could still have them in my contacts for something in future. I doubt I’ll call them again though.

Sergei was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained well the problem and fix. I was glad he had the part in his truck and the repair was timely done.
