Riley came yesterday and did a great job explaining everything and doing a temporary repair on the door. Dan and his workmate(sorry, didn’t catch his name) came on time this morning and installed a new garage door. It looks great, they were polite and cleaned everything up very well. I am very pleased with the overall service from the lady that took the phone call to all three workers. Thank you.

The technician Franklin did an awesome job. He was fast, and paid attention to detail. He knew what he was doing, and answered all my questions. Very professional. He communicated well, and made sure I was happy with his work before he left my house. Ariel in the office was helpful and made sure all my questions were answered Matthew was great with explaining why I would Need a new garage door, and why mine was beyond repair. (I knew it was) but the way he explained it was clear and digestible for a customer that doesn’t know much about garage doors. Thank you guys for making my experience a good one!

Had issues with our garage door this morning. Called Precision and they gave appointment same day. The technician Ray was extremely knowledgeable and had our door working in no time. Ray resolved our problem and repaired. Ray also accessed future improvements that we might make.

When Matthew came by to give me an estimate for my Garage Door, he is very personable and answered all of my questions. He's very attentive to the environment to make sure I had everything that I needed. When Dan and Franklin came to replace the garage door, they were on time, pleasant and did a great job. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door for anyone who is looking for a new door. Their price is comparable to other quotes I got, but their service was much more individualized.

Fantastic company to work with, competitive prices, good quality product and the employees I dealt with are the best. From the scheduler who set me up with the repairman who tried his best fixing my old busted door, and helped me upgrade to a brand new door, and even helped me move stuff out of the way for the installer to be able to work on it. To the tech who came to install it and was able to show up 2hrs early and work in a very confined space, quietly, cleanly and very fast. The whole 2 day experience was the best I've had with any handyman or repair person ever.

Noah my service technician was excellent. He provided me with detailed options prior to performing the installation. I appreciated is knowledge and fast service. Door is running even quieter than when we first got the home. Would definitely recommend.
