I contacted Wesley De Silva of Preserve Services late winter to give me a quote to replace an aging wooden deck. He was very prompt in his response and came back with a thorough proposal. Wesley is very experienced as a Project Manager and crew chief and answers every question. The wooden deck and structure was replaced with composite materials and he gave me several different options to choose from. I ended up using Timbertech flooring and railings. It came out beautifully and will last a very long time. The two man crew who worked on the deck were skilled craftsmen and did an incredible job. The deck is very sturdy, attractive and durable. I would definitely contact Wesley and Preserve again for another house project.

Long-Time Customer – Always Impressed! We’ve used Preserve Services to paint the exterior of our home for over 15 years, and we’ve always been very pleased with the quality of their work. Their attention to detail during prep and the overall workmanship of each painting project has been excellent. In 2021, they replaced our front porch with beautiful mahogany decking, which has drawn many compliments from friends and neighbors. We had Wesley and his crew at Preserve Services paint our home and rebuild our deck and undercarriage lattice work. We could not be more pleased with the final product. The painting team paid such attention to detail and really respected this old home by replacing woodwork where needed and seamlessly blending it in. The new deck is 100% better. Wesley was brilliant in reimagining the project and provided options which gave us so much more square footage on the deck while keeping the existing footprint. Wesley and his crew did an amazing job. My home and garage needed repairs and paint. The crew worked so hard and were very nice. Will have them return next year. Very happy with the results
