Presto-X Pest Control

The first 2 service were great, on-time, friendly and fast. I was then charged for July and no one showed up. I called and you mentioned you were short staffed, but never received a call back or my July service. Then I was charged for August, I had to call back and spend almost an hour trying to get a refund and cancel my account. I’m sorry you are short staffed but you cannot continue to charge for services you are NOT providing.

I’m very happy I decided to go with Presto-X for all my pest control needs! Tom Taylor was my representative and he was very professional and informative about everything! He did really great work for me and got everything done in a timely manner. I plan to continue using Presto-X for my all my future pest control needs!

They took our money and never provided service. We called to have them come out to correct the account and get what we paid for and Presto-X no showed a second time. Horrible company go somewhere else.

Joe Grage has done a great job every time he comes to our house and shops. Always notifies us before he is coming, and is always professional. Goes over anything we may be having issues with. Jay is absolutely amazing. We have been through over 30 different food grade audits with them as our pest control and we never have any issues in that area. Anytime through the year that anything arises, Jay is quick to make time to stop out to asses the situation and offer solutions. 10/10 would recommend using them for all your pest control needs!

Our pest control guy Chris Lopez is one of the best communicators we’ve had. He does a great job on site and always communicates with our team.

Chris Lopez was fast and friendly. He answered all my questions and worked well around my children. I would highly recommend Chris and this service. I no longer have a mouse issue!
