Prewett Pest Control

My first inspection with these guys went very well. Thomas showed up and performed an interior inspection of each room on both floors, then moved outside to check the traps. He quickly replaced one disintegrated trap and physically replaced 4 traps and was very professional and polite, answering the few questions I had and performing his work thoroughly, yet quickly. We’ve had these guys for a year and we’ve been pretty happy with them.

Great folks that work here, they always do a fantastic job. I use these guys at my place of work and at home. Micheal was very knowledgeable and focused. He even cleaned our window for us at the shop. Hunter comes and does the service around my house and he is always on time and he does a great job! Keep it up gentleman!

Last night my wife and I were woken by a scratchy sound coming from our attic in the corner of our bedroom. The sound wouldn’t stop even if we knocked on the wall. We just knew we had a massive rodent up in the attic. Called several companies that stated 24 hour service and not one answered their phone. Called Prewett Pest Removal and by this time in the morning businesses were starting to open. The lady that answered their phone was so friendly and very helpful that she put me on hold and called the tech to see if he could come out today. Most places would have stated they will call you back, and you know how that works. The tech Dustin stated he could come out and will call and advise me what time he would arrive. Dustin did come out and inspected the area of the sound in the attic. To my surprise he told us there was no sign of any rodents and it was most likely the styrofoam vent that came loose and was making noise. I could not believe his findings so I asked Dustin to go Back in the attic as shake the vent while I waited in the bedroom to make sure that was the noise and Dustin stated no problem and went back into that hot attic. At the end of it all with everyone in the company being very professional and very friendly they will have a shot to quote my future business.

Matt is always upbeat and friendly. He addresses each part of his job with professionalism and energy. We like him and appreciate his concern for providing great service. This gentleman will make a fine supervisor because he KNOWS how to deliver good service with class and excellent manners. Today, 10/30/25 Michael serviced our home for Mosquitoes, roaches and wasps. He knocked down spider webs and sprayed in areas we requested special treatment. He was very enthusiastic and respectful as he performed his duties. We are most pleased with his service.

Hunter had been here before and always does a great job. Very personal and respectful too. Nice to see that in the work environment and I’m sure he is the same off work polite and respectful

Tommy completed my termite inspection and provided a fantastic experience! He was very kind and answered all my questions thoroughly. This company has been great to work with, and I highly recommend them for any and all of your pest control needs!

Robert Hardy and Earl Thompson and Mr Prewett did an amazing job on our cleaning out the crawl space treating and installing a new vapor barrier in the crawl sent videos and pics and they went above and beyond to do top tier work.and especially at a great price . I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
